  2. New real estate agents are always looking for ways to get those first few buyers and sellers. Here’s a suggestion: buy several books like this one and give them to hot prospects. Sure, it’ll cost you a few dollars, but it will set you apart from other new agents. It will also show them that your goal isn’t to sell anything- it’s to give them all the information they need to sell or buy a house.
